SENATE  BILL  NO. 196,  "An  Act  relating  to drug  and  alcohol

REPRESENTATIVE RUFFRIDGE moved to report  SB 196 out of committee                                                               
with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes.   There being no objection,  SB 196 was reported  from the                                                               
House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
