CHAIR TOBIN  announced the consideration  of SENATE BILL  NO. 181                                                               
"An Act  relating to  disclosure of  information obtained  by the                                                               
Department  of Labor  and Workforce  Development  to other  state                                                               
agencies."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  TOBIN stated  SB 181  was  sponsored by  the Senate  Rules                                                               
Committee at  the request  of the  Joint Taskforce  on Evaluating                                                               
Alaska's Seafood  Industry. Chair of the  taskforce was President                                                               
Stevens.  This  is the  second  hearing  and no  amendments  were                                                               
received.  She stated  it is  her intent  to move  the bill  from                                                               
committee. She found no objection.
