SB 173-LICENSE MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE PARAMEDICS 1:32:12 PM CHAIR WILSON announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 173, "An Act relating to mobile intensive care paramedics; relating to duties of the State Medical Board and the Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for an effective date." He noted the committee heard an overview on February 17, took public testimony, and received an updated fiscal note from the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS). He solicited a motion. 1:32:47 PM SENATOR VON IMHOF moved to report SB 173, version 31-LS1365\M, from committee with individual recommendations and updated fiscal notes. There being no objection, SB 173 was reported from the Senate Health and Social Services Standing Committee.
