CHAIR DICK  announced that  the next order  of business  would be                                                               
SENATE  BILL  NO. 170,  "An  Act  requiring vocational  education                                                               
counseling in public schools."

REPRESENTATIVE PRUITT  moved to  report SB  170 out  of committee                                                               
with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes.   There being no  objection SB  170 was reported  from the                                                               
House Education Standing Committee.
