     "An  Act  relating  to  the  Department  of  Commerce,                                                                     
     Community, and  Economic Development; relating  to the                                                                     
     Alaska  Commercial   Fishing  and   Agriculture  Bank;                                                                     
     relating  to   certain  loans   made  by   the  Alaska                                                                     
     Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank; and providing

Chair  Hoffman recalled that  the  committee had  heard the                                                                     
bill on  May 6 and May  14, and had  taken public testimony                                                                     
and  reviewed fiscal  notes.  The committee  had adopted  a                                                                     
Committee Substitute (CS) on May 14,2025.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator  Kiehl  MOVED  to   report  CSSB  156(FIN)  out  of                                                                     
Committee   with   individual   recommendations   and   the                                                                     
accompanying fiscal note. There being  NO OBJECTION, it was                                                                     
so ordered.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 156(FIN) was REPORTED out  of committee with three "do                                                                     
pass"  recommendations and  with  four "no  recommendation"                                                                     
recommendations, and with  one new zero fiscal  note by the                                                                     
Senate Finance  Committee for  the Department  of Commerce,
