 CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 150 (PUB. EMPLOYEES: MOVING, COMP TIME &            
 PERS) before the committee and directed attention to a proposed               
 Rules CS, which includes the following language submitted by                  
 Senator Pearce at the request of school districts in the state:               
                                                                               
 Page 3, line 15, following ";" insert a new subparagraph to read:             
      "(B)  includes, for noncertified employees of municipal school           
 districts and regional education attendance areas, overtime pay;"             
                                                                               
 Renumber the following subparagraph accordingly.                              
                                                                               
 Page 3, line 1, following "pay" insert "except as provided in (B)             
 of this paragraph"                                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN moved CSSB 150(RLS) be adopted and approved for                 
 calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.  SENATOR DUNCAN                   
 objected.  The roll was taken with the following result:  Senators            
 Torgerson, Leman and Kelly voted "Yea" and Senator Duncan voted               
 "Nay."  The Chairman stated the motion carried on a 3-1 vote.
