Department of Health and Social Services.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Stoltze  noted  that  there  had  been  a  renewed                                                                    
commitment by  the commission  to honor  the recommendations                                                                    
found in the audit from the Division of Legislative Audit.
