     "An Act disapproving all recommendations of the State                                                                      
     Officers Compensation Commission relating to the                                                                           
     salaries of state officers; and providing for an

Co-Chair Stoltze  announced that the bill  would prevent the                                                                    
spending  of   state  dollars  for  pay   increases  to  the                                                                    
governor, lt. governor and salary department heads.

Representative Costello requested that  page 3 of the fiscal                                                                    
note be  posted in color online  so that the chart  could be
