     SENATE BILL NO. 108                                                                                                        
     "An Act  relating to payment  rates under the Medicaid  program                                                            
     for  health  facilities  and  to  budgeting,   accounting,  and                                                            
     reporting  requirements  for those facilities;  abolishing  the                                                            
     Medicaid  Rate  Advisory   Commission;  and  providing  for  an                                                            
     effective date."                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
This was  the second  hearing for  this bill in  the Senate  Finance                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Green  offered a motion to report the bill  from Committee.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There was no  objection and SB 108  with individual recommendations                                                             
and negative  $9,600 fiscal  note #1 from  the Department of  Health                                                            
and Social Services MOVED from Committee.
