                 SB 88 BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY                             
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN GREEN brought SB 88 before the committee, and there being            
 no testimony on the legislation, she requested a motion to move SB
 88 out of committee.                                                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR MACKIE moved SB 88 be passed out of committee with                    
 individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so                  
 ordered.
