"An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and                                                                          
other appropriations, and appropriations to capitalize                                                                          
funds; ratifying certain expenditures; and providing

Co-chair Torgerson called the meeting to order and advised                                                                      
that the committee would be recessed subject to call of the                                                                     
chair.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Adams asked where the amendment packet was.  Co-                                                                        
chair Torgerson said they were still awaiting some late                                                                         
arriving amendments from the Office of Management and                                                                           
Budget.  They would be made available as soon as possible.
