  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 8:45 a.m.                                                                  
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 80  (MUNICIPAL POLICE SERVICES) before            
 the committee.  There being no discussion, he asked for the will of           
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 80 be                
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee, the             
 meeting was adjourned at 8:46 a.m.
