CHAIR STEDMAN announced that the first order of business would                                                                  
be SB 78.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR GIESSEL moved to report SB 78 from committee with                                                                       
individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s). There                                                                   
being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR STOLTZE commented  that the bill would  be accompanied by                                                               
cost containment reform measures.
