Co-Chair  Thomas discussed  that  a manifest  error had  been                                                                   
discovered  on  Page  35,  Line   6  of  CSSB  76  (FIN).  He                                                                   
delineated  that   "(c)"  should   be  replaced   with  "(a)"                                                                   
following  the language  "appropriated in."  He relayed  that                                                                   
Legislative  Affairs Agency  Legal  Services' drafting  rules                                                                   
would allow the correction to be made without an amendment.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Stoltze  MOVED  to  report  CSSB 76  (FIN)  out  of                                                                   
committee with individual recommendations.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Gara OBJECTED for purpose of discussion.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Representative  Gara wondered  whether  an amendment  related                                                                   
to the Alaska  Housing Finance Corporation had  been included                                                                   
in the legislation.                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Thomas  responded that  no amendments had  been made                                                                   
to the Senate version that was before the committee.

CSSB  76 (FIN)  was  REPORTED  out of  committee  with a  "do
