SB 71-COMMERCIAL FISHING LOANS CHAIR COSTELLO announced the consideration of SB 71. She said this is the third hearing and the intent is to look to the will of the committee. She noted those available to answer questions. 1:34:49 PM CHAIR HUGHES moved to report SB 71 from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal notes. CHAIR COSTELLO announced that without objection, SB 71 moved from the Senate Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
