           SB  58 USE OF TITLE "INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST"                         
                                                                              
 SENATOR KELLY announced SB 58 to be up for consideration.                     
                                                                               
 JANET OGAN, Legislative Aide to Senator Leman, said this bill was             
 heard in this committee two weeks ago and there was no objection or           
 controversy.                                                                  
                                                                               
 SENATOR MILLER moved to pass SB 58 from committee with individual             
 recommendations.  There were no objections and it was so ordered.
