CHAIR WILSON announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 51
"An Act exempting veterinarians from the requirements of the
controlled substance prescription database; and providing for an
effective date."
He noted that this was the second hearing and the committee
heard invited and public testimony when the bill was introduced.
He asked whether the sponsor had any final comments.
