CHAIR  FRENCH announced  the consideration  of CS  for SB  48. He                                                               
recapped that  the bill  is now  narrowly defined  to incorporate                                                               
only  meetings of  municipal service  area boards  and he  agrees                                                               
with that  decision. He  found no  further questions  or comments
