     "An Act relating to the number of superior court                                                                           
     judges in the third judicial district; and providing

Co-Chair von Imhof noted that  the bill was previously heard                                                                    
in committee on March 8, 2019.  In that meeting there was no                                                                    
public  testimony  and the  fiscal  note  was reviewed.  Her                                                                    
office  received  no amendments.  Ms.  Nancy  Mead with  the                                                                    
Alaska Court System was available for questions.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman MOVED to report  SB 41 out of Committee with                                                                    
individual  recommendations  and   the  accompanying  fiscal                                                                    
note.
