  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 11:12 a.m.  He brought  SB 39  (HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS, MATERIALS,            
 AND WASTE) before the committee as the only order of business.                
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved SB 39 be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no          
 objection, it was so ordered.                                                 
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee,                 
  CHAIRMAN KELLY  adjourned the meeting at 11:13 a.m.
