CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN) am                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     "An   Act  making   and   amending  appropriations   and                                                                   
     reappropriations;  making  and  amending  appropriations                                                                   
     under art. IX, sec. 17(c),  Constitution of the State of                                                                   
     Alaska,  from the  constitutional  budget reserve  fund;                                                                   
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Therriault  provided members with Amendment  1 (copy                                                                   
on file).  Amendment 1  contained proposed  reappropriations.                                                                   
He also  provided members  with a  spreadsheet detailing  the                                                                   
reappropriations  (copy   on  file).  He  noted   that  three                                                                   
additional reappropriation  items were left out  of amendment                                                                   
1.  He provided  members with  Amendments  2 -  4 (copies  on                                                                   
file). He noted  that care was taken to assure  that projects                                                                   
were not taken  from one district to another  district. There                                                                   
were no questions by members regarding  the reappropriations.
