Summary of Changes
Senate Judiciary Committee: Version U to Version R
The committee substitute adds the entry of workplace
violence protective orders into the central registry
of protective orders under AS 18.65.540 to the process
of issuing workplace violence protective orders and ex
parte workplace violence protective orders. This
change aligns the process of issuing a workplace
violence protective order with the process of issuing
a domestic violence protective order.
