"An Act relating to an appropriation limit; relating
to the budget responsibilities of the governor;
relating to the Alaska permanent fund, the earnings of
the Alaska permanent fund, and the earnings reserve
account; relating to the mental health trust fund;
relating to deposits into the dividend fund; relating
to the calculation and payment of permanent fund
dividends; and providing for an effective date."

Co-Chair MacKinnon announced that the Conference Committee
operated under Uniform Rule 42. She announced that there
would be no public testimony. She remarked that the
adoption of the conference committee report required an
affirmative vote by a majority of the membership from each
body. She announced that the two versions of the bill, CSSB
26(FIN); and HCS CS SB 26(FIN)(efd fld H) be considered in
the meeting.
Senator Hoffman MOVED to ADOPT the Senate version of the
bill, version D.
Co-Chair Foster OBJECTED.
