     "An Act establishing Juneteenth Day as a legal                                                                             
     holiday."                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  ELVI GRAY-JACKSON,  SPONSOR, thanked  the committee                                                                    
for hearing the bill for a  second time. She shared that the                                                                    
bill would simply add Juneteenth  to the list of other state
