CO-CHAIR   WIELECHOWSKI   announced  HJR   26   to   be  up   for

CRYSTAL  KOENEMAN, staff  to  Representative  Fairclough, said  a                                                               
question had been asked yesterday  about the land patents and she                                                               
explained that  they establish  "on-the-ground" certainty  to the                                                               
land title  because they require  a land survey. The  land survey                                                               
requires the property to be located  and marked on the ground and                                                               
the patent is  the document that confirms that the  state or ANCS                                                               
or the state owns that specific piece of property.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  FRENCH  moved  to  report HJR  26  from  committee  with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  attached  fiscal note(s).  There
