CALL TO ORDER
CO-CHAIRMAN COGHILL called the House Health, Education and Social
Services Standing Committee meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
PRESENT
Committee members present were Representatives Dyson, Coghill,
Whitaker, Green, Morgan, Brice and Kemplen.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The following people testified on behalf of the Bridges Campaign
and urged the committee to support comprehensive dental care and
community mental health programs for "mental health consumers":
