CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the  Senate Rules Committee meeting                                                            
to order  at 9:05  p.m. All  members were  present. The  committee                                                              
took up CSHB 2002(FIN)-G.O. BONDS: SCHOOLS/MUSEUM/UNIVERSITY.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
MR. GEORGE  UTERMOHLE,  legislative counsel,  told members  he was                                                              
available  to  explain  the  changes  in  the  proposed  committee                                                              
substitute.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS asked how many new schools were added.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
MR. UTERMOHLE answered 10.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY moved  to adopt SCS CSHB 2002(RLS)  as the working                                                              
document before  the committee.  There were  no objections  and it                                                              
was so ordered.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Committee members discussed the revised fiscal notes.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to pass  SCS CSHB 2002(RLS)  from committee                                                              
with individual  recommendations and  revised fiscal  notes. There                                                              
were no objections and it was so ordered.
