CHAIR SCOTT OGAN  announced HB 524am [as amended  @ 3/29 meeting]

COMMISSIONER   ERNESTA  BALLARD,   Department  of   Environmental                                                               
Conservation (DEC), was available  to answer questions, but there

SENATOR  THOMAS WAGONER  moved  to pass  [SCS  HB 524(RES)]  from                                                               
committee   with  individual   recommendations.  There   were  no                                                               
objections and it was so ordered.
