authorizing certain measures to secure payment of the bonds; and

asked for the pleasure of the committee.

the following result: Senators Salo, Duncan, Sharp and Miller
voted "Yea" and Senator Pearce voted "Nay." The Chairman stated
the calendaring motion carried.
