HOUSE BILL NO. 421                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     "An Act relating to the compensation of certain public                                                                     
     officials, officers, and employees not covered by                                                                          
     collective bargaining agreements; and providing for an                                                                     
     effective date."                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Stedman said  it  was the  second  hearing on  the                                                                    
bill. There are  three fiscal notes: one  from the Executive                                                                    
Branch for  $4,182,300 in FY  11, one from the  Court System                                                                    
for $1,346,000  in FY 11,  and one from the  Legislature for                                                                    
$741,800 in FY 11. All three  fiscal notes will double in FY

Co-Chair Hoffman  MOVED to  report HB  421 out  of Committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal                                                                    
notes. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
