  Representative  Hanley MOVED for  adoption of front sections                 
  of  the  Senate version  of HB  413.   Chairman  Frank noted                 
  ability  to seek  approval  for additional  receipts through                 
  Legislative  Budget  and Audit.    No objection  having been                 
  raised,   the    Senate   front    section   was    ADOPTED.                 
  Representative Hanley then  MOVED to  report from  committee                 
  CONFERENCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTES for both HB 412 and HB 413.                 
  No objection having been raised,  CCS HB 412 and CCS  HB 413                 
  were REPORTED OUT of committee.
