CHAIR SCOTT  OGAN called the Senate  Resources Standing Committee                                                             
meeting  to  order at  3:38  p.m.  Present were  Senators  Thomas                                                               
Wagoner, Fred Dyson, Ralph Seekins  and Chair Scott Ogan. Senator                                                               
Kim Elton  arrived at 3:40. The  first order of business  to come                                                               
before  the  committee  was  CSHB  409(FSH). He  said  a  lot  of                                                               
research had been done on it.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  THOMAS   WAGONER  moved  to  pass   CSHB  409(FSH)  from                                                               
committee  with individual  recommendations  and attached  fiscal                                                               
note. There were no objections and it was so ordered.
