"An Act relating to licensing of behavior analysts."

Co-Chair Stoltze noted that the bill had previously been
discussed.
Representative Costello addressed the fiscal notes
including one indeterminate note from the Department of
Health and Social Services and one fiscal impact note from
the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic
Development (DCCED). The DCCED note showed a fiscal impact
of $46,600 in FY 15 and an annual impact of $1,700 in FY 16
through FY 20.
Co-Chair Stoltze remarked on the fiscal notes. He asked if
there were any amendments.
Vice-Chair Neuman MOVED to REPORT HB 361 out of committee
with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal
notes.
There being NO OBJECTION, HB 361 was REPORTED out of
committee with a "do pass" recommendation and with one
previously published indeterminate note: FN1 (DHS); and one
previously published fiscal note: FN2 (CED).
Co-Chair Stoltze relayed that the evening meeting was
canceled.
