CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(FIN)                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     "An Act relating to the sale of land owned by the                                                                          
     Alaska Railroad that is not necessary for railroad                                                                         
     purposes."                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Stedman noted  it was  the second  hearing on  the                                                                    
bill  and that  there  was  one zero  fiscal  note from  the                                                                    
Department    of   Commerce,    Community,   and    Economic                                                                    
Development. There is also a  Letter Intent that was adopted                                                                    
by the House.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Hoffman MOVED  to  report CSHB  357  (FIN) out  of                                                                    
Committee   with   individual    recommendations   and   the                                                                    
accompanying  fiscal  note and  a  Letter  of Intent.  There                                                                    
being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
CSHB  357 (fin)  was REPORTED  out of  Committee with  a "do                                                                    
pass" recommendation, with a Letter of  Intent,   and   with
