           HB 335-STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEMS AND BENEFITS                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
MR. GUY BELL,  Director of the Division of Retirement  and Benefits,                                                            
Department of  Administration, stated CS for HB 335  is a retirement                                                            
system  clean-up  bill sponsored  by  Representative  Hudson at  the                                                            
request of the retirement boards.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR GREEN  moved CS for HB 335 out of committee  with individual                                                            
recommendations.  Without objection, the motion carried.
