CO-CHAIR  WIELECHOWSKI  moved to  adopt  the  SCS CSHB  280(RES),                                                               
labeled  26-LS1185\N, as  the working  document.  There being  no

SENATOR FRENCH asked  if he had reviewed the bill  to ensure that

at  the CS  and the  amendments  they adopted  yesterday are  the

version  N, from  committee with  individual recommendations  and
