Co-Chair  Foster shared  that the  committee had  previously                                                                    
heard the bill on February 6, 2018.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CAITLYN ELLIS, STAFF, REPRESENTATIVE  SAM KITO, relayed that                                                                    
the  bill would  implement a  full 8-year  extension of  the

with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal
