SENATOR PASKVAN moved to bring CSHB 269(JUD), version M, before
the committee.
CHAIR EGAN objected for discussion purposes.
SENATOR GIESSEL joined committee.

JAMES WALDO, staff to Representative Lindsey Holmes, sponsor of
HB 269, explained the changes in version M were to remove one
provision that dealt with use restrictions in condos, but the
bill maintains its core thrust.
CHAIR EGAN removed his objection.
SENATOR PASKVAN moved to report CSHB 269(JUD), version M, from
committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal
note(s). There were no objections and it was so ordered.
