CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 263(FIN) am                                                                                             
     "An  Act making  appropriations for  the operating  and                                                                    
     loan  program  expenses  of state  government  and  for                                                                    
     certain    programs;    capitalizing   funds;    making                                                                    
     supplemental  appropriations;  and   providing  for  an

Senator  Kiehl MOVED  to  report SCS  CSHB  263(FIN) out  of                                                                    
Committee  with  individual  recommendations  and  with  the                                                                    
authority for the Legislative  Legal and Legislative Finance                                                                    
Divisions to  make technical  and conforming  changes. There                                                                    
being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.

"do  pass"  recommendations   and  two  "no  recommendation"                                                                    
recommendations.
