The Senate Rules Committee was called to order by Chairman
Jacko at 12:18 p.m.
SENATOR HALFORD moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB

for calendaring at the Chair's discretion with the notation
that there will be a correction of the title on the Senate
floor. SENATOR LITTLE objected.
SENATOR LITTLE offered and moved an amendment which would
delay the effective date of the bill by one year. SENATOR
HALFORD objected. The roll was taken with the following
result: Senator Little voted "Yea" and Senators Rieger,
Halford and Jacko voted "Nay." The Chair stated the motion
failed.

motion and the roll was taken with the following result:

Little voted "Nay." The Chair stated the motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the
committee, the meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
