"An Act relating to a railroad utility corridor for extension of                                                                
the Alaska Railroad to Canada and to extension of the Alaska                                                                    
Railroad to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada."

CHAIRMAN  JOHN TORGERSON  called  the Senate  Resources  Committee                                                            
meeting  to  order at  3:37  p.m.  Present were  Senators  Wilken,                                                              
Stevens, Taylor,  Elton, and Chairman Torgerson.  He announced the                                                              
committee had just received amendments  and fiscal notes to HB 241                                                              
and wouldn't, therefore, take the bill up today.
