HB 237-TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR LAPSED NURSE LICENSE 3:29:34 PM CHAIR SUMNER announced that the next order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 237, "An Act relating to temporary permits for nurses with lapsed licenses." 3:29:47 PM CHAIR SUMNER opened public testimony on HB 237. After ascertaining that no one wished to testify, he closed public testimony. 3:30:19 PM REPRESENTATIVE RUFFRIDGE moved to report HB 237 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, HB 237 was reported from the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
