  REPRESENTATIVE CON BUNDE MOVED to ADOPT CSHB 220.  There                     
  were no objections, and the MOTION CARRIED.                                  
                                                                               
  REPRESENTATIVE BUNDE asked if CSHB 220 would generate more                   
  money than it costs.                                                         
                                                                               
  REPRESENTATIVE MOSES said there is a new zero fiscal note                    
  which the committee did not have yet.
