introduced himself.                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Meyer  asked if there  were any additional  comments                                                                   
on the legislation.  Mr. Gialopsos responded that  he did not                                                                   
have  any additional  comments.  He  added that  the  sponsor                                                                   
wanted   to  thank   the   committee  for   considering   the                                                                   
legislation.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Meyer wondered  if the sponsor wanted  the committee                                                                   
to  move the  legislation  out  of committee.  Mr.  Gialopsos                                                                   
replied in the affirmative.

committee   with    individual   recommendations    and   the
