HB 155-MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY APPORTIONMENT
SENATOR LEMAN moved to insert the text of HB 155 into the body of
CSHB 163, thus creating a SCS CSHB 163(RLS). Without objection,
the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SCS CSHB 163(RLS) with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried.
