HB 152-ESTABLISHING A RENEWABLE ENERGY FUND 9:02:03 AM CO-CHAIR FAIRCLOUGH announced that the next order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 152, "An Act establishing a renewable energy fund and describing its uses and purposes." Co-Chair Fairclough reminded the committee that before it is Version V. The committee took a brief at-ease. 9:04:36 AM CHARISSE MILLET, Staff to Representative John Harris, Alaska State Legislature, speaking on behalf of the sponsor, Representative Harris, clarified that nuclear power isn't covered under HB 152. 9:05:02 AM REPRESENTATIVE NEUMAN asked if the feasibility studies could be covered. MS. MILLET answered that the sponsor is reviewing whether that's a possibility. 9:05:33 AM REPRESENTATIVE DAHLSTROM moved to report CSHB 152, Version 25- LS0413\V, Kane, 3/20/07, out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, CSHB 152(CRA) was reported from the House Community and Regional Affairs Standing Committee.
