HOUSE BILL NO. 150                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     An    Act    making    capital     appropriations    and                                                                   
     reappropriations;    capitalizing    a   fund;    making                                                                   
     appropriations  under art. IX, sec.  17(c), Constitution                                                                   
     of the State  of Alaska, from the  constitutional budget                                                                   
     reserve fund; and providing for an effective date.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Harris noted that HB 150 was the Governor's                                                                            
proposed capital appropriations bill.  The bill is now
