VICE    CHAIR    RUFFRIDGE      announced      that    the   final    order    of   business                                    
would    be   HOUSE    BILL    NO.   149,    "An   Act    relating     to   the   licensure                                     
of    nursing       professionals;          relating       to    a    multistate        nurse                                   
licensure        compact;       and     providing       for     an    effective        date."
