     "An Act relating  to matching funds and  state money for                                                                   
     state   tourism    marketing   contracts    with   trade                                                                   
    associations; and providing for an effective date."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Stedman  remarked this is the bill's  second hearing                                                                   
to  clear  up  concerns  expressed  by  Senator  Hoffman  and                                                                   
Senator Elton. The concerns have been resolved.
