HOUSE BILL NO. 137, "An Act relating to permanent fund dividends
for individuals owing child support; and relating to
applications and qualifications for permanent fund dividends for
individuals owing child support" and HOUSE BILL NO. 51, "An Act
relating to an appropriation limit; relating to the budget
responsibilities of the governor; and providing for an effective
date."
